The difference between GD and TQ is immediately apparent, I would think. They also released an expansion recently. Having a more than exemplary track record and fulfilling every promise they made, and then some. Grim Dawn is one of the few Kickstarter/Early Access games that showed how it's done. Apart from that, the game really is a lot of fun if you can look past the aged controls.It just got a new expansion as well, after many years. Back then I really didn't care 99% of the time, but it did put a dampener on some of the builds I tried. What I do need to clarify is that TQ's controls can feel very stiff. I really loved the setting in TQ, and I had loads of fun with the game. I have over 2000 hours in TQ and almost 700 in GD to date.
